The following production types are classified as Corporate/Educational and Non-Broadcast for purposes of reporting to the SAG-AFTRA Health Plan:

Corporate/Educational & Non-Broadcast Contribution Rates
For productions prior to November 1, 2009, please refer to the collective bargaining agreement that was in effect at the time principal photography occurred for the individual production.

Corporate/Educational Contribution Ceilings
Effective November 1, 2022, Producer shall not be obligated to make contributions on gross compensation in excess of $250,000 paid to any performer in a contract year where all such compensation has been paid on the basis of a single contract with a single Producer.
Effective November 1, 2019, Producer shall not be obligated to make contributions on gross compensation in excess of $250,000 paid to any performer for any individual program.
