For many people, the New Year brings fresh beginnings and new resolutions. It also brings a new calendar year deductible for you and your family’s health plan. You must first meet any annual deductible amounts listed before the other benefits apply. Here are the medical benefits that are not subject to meeting a deductible:

• Office visits
• Routine exams
• Prenatal visits
• Women’s routine mammogram and pap tests
